I love glass. I love that I can create different textures & effects in my artwork, depending on the glass, inclusions & temperature in the kiln.  I am lucky enough to have been tutored by a number of well known glass artists, including Silvia Levenson & Bob Leatherbarrow. I love to take the techniques that I have learnt & adapt them into my designs.  I still get excited in anticipation of opening the kiln to see what has been created after the kiln firing has finished. I love seeing how the light moves through each finished piece.
